✓ Ability to work with technical drawings
✓ Ability to use electrical appliances (grinder, jigsaw, etc.)
✓ Professional experience gained in the production plant – nice to have
✓ Readiness to work 3-shifts
✓ Certifications to use cranes, winches, etc. – nice to have
✓ Good work organization
✓ Ability to work independently
