Qualifications:
✓ Candidate must be a graduate of Senior High School, 2-year Vocational Course Graduate, or 2-year College Undergraduate in any field
✓ Knowledgable on basic principles of Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and other principles applied in Japanese companies
✓ Applicants must be willing to render overtime and work in Malvar, Batangas
✓ No work experience is required.
