NIPPON MICROMETAL CORPORATION PHILIPPINES (NMCP), formerly known as Nittettsu Micrometal Corporation Philippines, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nippon Micrometal Corporation of Japan under the umbrella of Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation.

NMCP manufactures Bonding Wires and Micro Solder Balls for the Semicon industry. Bonding wires are very fine wires used to connect the integrated circuit (IC) to the leads of its package. A micro ball is a tiny globe of solder that provides contact between the chip package and the printed circuit board. It has excellent accountability and a long period life span and can be used for various packaging of BGA, CSP, and Flip Chip.
