Qualifications:
✓ Graduate of High School and/or Vocational course.
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience as Assembly Production Operator.
✓ With passport valid within the next 12months.
✓ Experience in handling various equipment used in assembly of QFN package.
✓ Can operate any of the following assembly equipment – Backgrind, Wafer Saw, DA, WB, molding, plating, marking, and packing.
✓ Skilled with common workplace software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
