If you need adventure and a relaxing getaway at the same time then you can pack your bag now. It looks like the Acropolis, but NO, this is not in Greece. This is actually in Fortune Island, Nasugbu, Batangas. The 27-hectare island lies about 14 kilometers off the coast of Nasugbu in Batangas. The island was owned by Jose Antonio Lavista, a former governor of Batangas. He built beachfront villas and rest houses, helipads and a museum dedicated to the San Diego ship which sank near the island in the 17th Century. It’s an abandoned island left with Athens inspired ruins and a beautiful beach filled with powdery and white sand.

They said the island was named as Fortune Island it’s because of the tragic shipwreck near the island which contains treasures and ancient artifacts.
