Bang Bang Cauliflower is a Chinese cuisine. This is addicting meal because of delicious taste. Bang Bang Cauliflower is sweet, spicy, and most of all it is totally healthy food. This meal is great to eat as appetizer or side dish. You can prepare this anytime you want. Also this is perfect for  the vegetarians and to the people who want to diet. It is a simple way to put the flavorful vegetables based cuisine to your everyday doing. It much better tasty if the bang bang cauliflower is dipping with a sauce.
This cuisine is not easy disgusted because you can keep it on the refrigerator. You can store it within 3 to 4 days. You can put on the fringe overnight then preheat dish if you want it to eat. 
Bang Bang Couliflower is easy and quickly to prepare. On how to make this? Here are the simple instuctions. 

Ingredients
8 cups cauliflower flowers
4 pieces of eggs
4 cups of panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 scallion (thinly sliced)
For the Bang Bang Sauce
4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
4 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
Garnish (chopped parsley or cilantro)
Directions to cook:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Turn on the oven and preheat at 425 F.
3. In a smal bowl, beat the egg then put the salt and pepper to taste. Add a small amount of water to thin out the eggs a little bit.
3. In a beaten eggs, dip the cauliflower one by one to coat them on all sides.
4. After coated the cauliflower, put in on the breadcrumbs and roll it to completely coat.
5. Arrange the coated cauliflower on a baking pan. Leave a little space between each cauliflower. 
6. Spray the cauliflower with cooking spray and put it on the preheated oven.
7. Bake the cauliflower within 15-20 minutes until become golden brown and crispy.
8. While waiting to cooked the cauliflower, combined all the ingredients in a bowl to make the bang bang sauce.
9. Once the cauliflower completely cooked turn off the oven and remove it.
10. Transfer the cauliflower into a plate then pour the bang bang sauce over the crispy cauliflower. Put it with chopped parsley and scallions on the top.
11. Serve it immediately and enjoy eating!!
