Ingredients:
1/2 lb. of Squash – sliced it into cubes
1 set of String Beans – cut into 2 inches per piece
1/2 kg. of Pork – sliced it into small pieces
1 pcs. of Coconut Milk
10 pcs. of Shrimp
1 pc. of Onion chopped
5 pcs. of Garlic minced
2 cups of Water
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt
Cooking Instructions:
Fill a pot with water and place it on the stove. Put the pork, cover and let it cook on low medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove pork once cooked and place it on a separate plate. Reserve pork water. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic and onion until softened. Add the boiled pork and saute it for 1 minute. Melt the coconut milk powder using the pork boiling water. Put also the salt mix it well and pour it into the pan and let it simmer. Put Squash, cover it and cook for 3 minutes. Next, put the shrimp and string beans cover and cook again for 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Turn it into a plate, serve and eat together.
