Ciudad de Victoria is also known as “The Garden”. It is located at the Philippine Arena Complex, Bocaue, Bulacan, the newest attraction in town. The site where it is located used to be farmland and was converted and being developed into a mixed-use area that will integrate residential and office buildings as well as shopping, entertainment, leisure, education, business, and sports complex. It is owned by the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC). The Garden is one of the overwhelming amenities of Philippine Arena. 


 Embrace simple pleasures here, the beautiful scenery of the Garden. This is a perfect place for relaxation. The garden is breathtaking in size and in beauty. People of all ages came here to enjoy it. It’s not just a religious place, but also a place wherein you can enjoy, learn and have fun at the same time. Reconnect with nature and relax in a beautiful oasis outside of Metro Manila.

  The garden features a variety of attractions that will unleash the nature vibe within you. With different species of flowers, plants, and animals, this will definitely bring you closer to nature. It is also perfect for youngsters and young at heart because of the theme park which has various kinds of free rides like a carousel ride, inflatable balloon park, trampoline and many more that both kids and parents will surely enjoy. 

 Garden in Bulacan is filled with flowers and gigantic floral displays that can make anyone feel like they are standing in a fairy tale setting. Most of the flowers displayed are imported from Dubai and Italy, while there are some which were grown locally.

 As you enter the main entrance promenade, various orchids and assorted bonsai will gladly welcome you. Beautiful species, flowers, and plants await you inside the garden. These include the heart-shaped arches filled with petunia, torenia, portulaca, and marigold.

How to get to ” the garden”


     From Cubao EDSA Terminal, take a bus with Garden/Bocaue exit signage, usually a Del Carmen bus. Ask the driver to drop you in Brgy. Turo. Ride a tricycle from Brgy. Turo and get off at the entrance of Philippine Arena. From the entrance wait for the shuttle to get you to the Garden Philippine Arena. Riding shuttle is a free service.
