Repeated use of oil is unhealthy. According to the study, my poison seen in lard was repeated. The toxin is called HNE (4 hydroxy trans 2 nonenal) and it can cause cancer, brain disease, heart, brain and liver disease.

Here is the correct use of oil:
1.)Use 1-2 frying oil only. Do not repeat it several times.
2.)Once the oil has been used repeatedly it lays and smells old. Sometimes there is food left in the grease.
3.)Do not mix the leftover oils with the new oil as it can easily become greasy.
4.)The butter is used only slightly in the frying pan so it does not regret mixing it.
5.)Keep the oil in a cool, clean place. It will also break down in the long run.

Cooking Tips:
1.)To be healthy, discard the fat out of the meat. It is high in cholesterol and can cause heart attacks.
2.)It is better to boil, bake, just grill than fry.
3.)After frying the food, drain the oil before putting on the plate. The fat has extra calories and is fatty.
4.)Do not wrap meat or chicken in many breadings. The breadings can be left in the oil and cause them to break.
5.)If you have heart disease or high cholesterol, you can use tissue paper to apply it to fried foods and absorb excess oil. Let’s take care of our health. Cook correctly and eat nutritious foods. Avoid the risk of using old oil.
