Ever since Filipinos have been eating Leche Plan as a dessert.  It is a custard caramel made from combined eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla.  The Leche Plan is originated in Spain and France that adopted by the Philippines during the Spanish colonization.  This dessert is a favorite of most people whether young or old.  You can also do this on a regular day as a snack.  Leche Plan does not go away with meals like feasts, baptisms and birthdays.  Leche Plan is not a seasonal food either summer or winter it can be eaten at any time.  Because of the sweet taste of Leche Plan it helps to get rid of what you eat and it’s also satisfying.  Right now, Leche Plan also helps people live if you do it as a business and you will certainly earn it.  Leche Plan  is so much delicious especially if you putting a lime as additional flavor for the dessert. Also lime is contains Vitamin C and Anti oxidants.
Here are the step by step of creating a delicious Leche Plan.
Ingredients:
20 pcs.  Egg
2 can Condensed Milk
2 can Evaporated milk
2 cups Washed Sugar
1 tbsp.  Vanilla
Procedure:
1. Break the eggs, separate the egg yolk from egg white because only egg yolk can be used.
2. Put egg yolks in a bowl and beat them with egg beater or fork.
3. Put condensed milk and mix well.
4. Pour the evaporated milk together with the vanilla then mix it well.
5. Put the sugar in the llanera and heat it on the stove, the fire should be low.  Wait for the sugar to dissolve until it becomes light brown
6. Spread the liquid sugar in the llanera until it becomes
its flat side evenly.
7. Wait 5 minutes and put eggyolk and milk mixture in llanera.
8. Cover with plastic or Aluminum foil on top of llanera.
9. Place the llanera with eggyolk and milk mixture on the steamer and allow it to cook for 30 – 35 minutes.
10. Once its cooked, let it cool off and place in refrigerator.
11. Serve and Eat the dessert .
