For me and others, Ginataang Bilo-Bilo was one of the tasty snacks or merienda, especially in the afternoon. This is a Filipino food consisting of glutinous rice balls as the main ingredient, with coconut cream and sugar that combined with sago pearls and jackfruit. Others call it “Pararusdos”. Cooking this is very simple and easy as long as you have cooked sago and have prepared glutinous rice balls. By boiling, stirring and mixing you can taste this food. Ginataang Bilo-Bilo is delicious especially when it has more coconut cream and is delicious when it is cold. The sago you use here may be large or small depending on what you prefer to use. In a jackfruit, it is better to use a ripe for more flavor. So what are we waiting for? Come on and let’s try it out.
