Lasagna is a type of pasta. It is wide and flat. It is an Italian cuisine dish that is made by laying a flat pasta and the inside are made with meat ingredients, vegetables, tomato sauce, cheese, seasonings and spices such as garlic pepper, oregano, and basil. Then the topped is covered with grated mozzarella cheese and you bake it in the oven. For a quick way, here’s the recipe on how to do it.
Ingredients:
1 pack of lasagna pasta3/4 cup cheddar cheeseWaterMeat sauce:3 tablespoons cooking oil1 pc.  onion chopped4 minced garlic cloves1 kilo. of ground pork or beef10 pcs. of hotdog1 pack of tomato sauce1 cup water3 tablespoon sugar to taste salt and ground black pepper to taste white sauce:3 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour1/2 cup salted butter3 cups fresh milk1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Procedures:
For making a Meat Sauce:
1. Put the pan on the fire and put oil.
2. Saute garlic and onion in oil then mix.
3. Add ground pork or beef. Cook it until light brown
4. Put the hotdog in the pan, mixing it with the other ingredients for 1 minute
5. Put tomato sauce and water. Let it boil. Cover it and cook between low to medium heat for 40 minutes.
6. Add sugar and seasonings such as ground paper and salt.  
Then set aside. For making the white sauce:
1. In a saucepan place the melted butter, add the flour. Mix it well.
2. Put it into the fire as you mix it, add the remaining flour and continue to mix. Slowly add the milk while you mixed until the texture thickens.
3. Add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix it until it melted.
For arranging lasagna in a baking pan:
1. Boil water in a pan, add oil and salt. When it is boiling place the Lasagna Pasta. Wait for it to cook.
2. After cooking, strain it with a strainer.
3. After the water removal, arrange the lasagna pasta in a baking pan by layer.
4. Put meat sauce on the bottom of the baking pan and put the lasagna pasta, spread the meat sauce again on top of lasagna followed by white sauce then sprinkle the cheese. Repeat this with the next layer until the baking pan is filled.
5. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil. Put it in the oven with 400F for 35 minutes until the cheese is melted. Once it is cooked, remove the foil and cook for about 12 minutes.
6. When it is fully cooked get it in the oven, slice it in squares and prepare for serving.
