Here are the ingredients and instructions on how to cook this delicious Spicy Beef Caldereta.

Ingredients:
Beef – 1 kg
Liver Spread – 1/4 cup
Tomato Sauce – 250g
Green Olives – 1/2 cup
Grated cheese – 1/2 cup
Red bell pepper – 1 pc. big size (sliced)
Potato – 3 pcs. medium sizes (sliced)
Carrot – 1 pc. (sliced)
Onion chopped – 1 pc.
Minced garlic cloves – 3 pcs.
Bay Leaves – 2 pcs.
Pepper – 1/4 – 1/2 tsp.
Cayenne Pepper – 1/4 to 1/2 tsp.
Salt and ground black pepper
Oil – 3 tbsp.
Water – 1/2 liter or more
Hot sauce – as needed

Cooking Instructions:

Put the casserole or pot on the stove and heat it with oil. Fry the potatoes until light brown. Once the potatoes cooked remove it from the casserole and put it on the other plate. In the same pan, add the garlic, onion and half of the red bell pepper. Then, add the beef meat and let it brown. Add enough water to the casserole/pot to cook the beef meat. Let it cook for 2 hours or more until the beef is tender. Just cook it over low heat. Once the beef is cooked add the tomato sauce and liver spread. Add the green olives, carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, bay leaves, and the cheese. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika and taste if they taste just right. For another 20 minutes boil it until the sauce thickens. Add 1 tbsp. hot sauce for having a little spicy. Remove the bay leaves and serve with hot rice.
