In the making of Bringhe, it is made of coconut milk and a used in combination with Rice and Glutinous Rice which can be seen as sticky and delicious in the dish. It’s also the same as a rice cake.  Ingredients:

 1 whole chicken (sliced)
 1 pc. sliced ​​chorizo ​​Bilbao sliced
 1 whole garlic (must be crushed)
 1 onion (medium size and chopped)
 Chorizo ​​de Bilbao oil
 2 pcs. boiled egg
 1/2 cup of turmeric juice
 1 small can of pimientos
 4 cups of coconut milk
 1 bay leaf
 fish sauce (patis)
 banana leaves
 1 cup glutinous rice (washed)
 1 cup rice (washed)



Instructions:

1. Saute garlic and onion in a large frying pan with oil. Add Chorizo ​​Bilbao and turmeric juice to it.
2. Boil for a few minutes and add the Glutinous Rice (malagkit) and the rice. Pour the coconut milk.
3. Add in the fish sauce and bay leaf. Cover it with banana leaves so it can be cooked.
4. Once the rice is cooked, you can place it on a plate and decorate the surface with pimientos and eggs for a pleasant look.
