Chopsuey is one of people’s favorite dishes because it is so full of flavor.  Chopsuey is a combined together of vegetables such as sayote, cabbage, carrots, beans, green and red bell pepper, and cauliflower and putting with chicken breast as a protein ingredient and chicken liver that adds flavor to this dish.


Chopsuey is a popular recipe and it is not lost when it comes to having any occasions.  It is very simple and easy to cook.  All its tastes are delicious and you can satisfy when you eat this dish. Chopsuey is a great partner in grilled and fried dishes.  And most of all it is nutritious as well.

Here are the ingredients and simple, fast and easy cooking methods of Pinoy Special Chopsuey.

Ingredients:

 1/2 kg.  chicken breast (sliced)
 1/4 kg.  chicken liver (sliced)
 4 tbsp.  knorr savor rich chicken liquid seasoning
 1 whole cauliflower (chopped)
 15 pcs.  beans
 1 pc.  carrot (sliced)
 1 pc.  green bell pepper sliced
 1 pc.  red bell pepper sliced
 1 pc.  onion sliced
 4 minced garlic cloves
 1/2 cup water
 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch (not in 1/3 cup water)
 3 tbsp.  cooking oil
 ground black pepper


Instructions:

1. Cut into a chicken breast and chicken liver in medium size.  So do the vegetables also.

2. Heat oil in a pan.  Put the garlic and onion to saute until it is softened.

3. Put chicken breast, mix until light brown.  Next, the chicken liver, cook it for 1 minute.

4. Pour the water and let it boil.  Cover and wait for cooked for 5 minutes.

5. First put the starchy vegetables: cauliflower, carrot, peas, salt.  Cook it for 5 minutes.

6. Add the green and red bell peppers.  Cover the pan and allow to cook for 3 minutes.

7. Put the cabbage and cook it for 2 minutes.

8. Pour the water with cornstarch and mix it.  You can also use evap milk if you want.

9. Spice it with knorr savor rich chicken liquid seasoning and put the black pepper.

10. After it’s cooked, serve it on a plate and ready to eat.
